Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
Manage restaurant reservations and guest seating arrangements
Ensure smooth coordination between guests and F&B service staff
Maintain excellent guest relations and handle guest queries efficiently
Monitor dining area presentation and guest comfort
Support daily restaurant operations and service flow
Maintain grooming standards and hospitality etiquette as per luxury hotel standards

Requirements:
Female candidates only
Minimum height: 5’5”
Minimum 2 years of experience as Hostess / Guest Service Associate in hotels or fine dining restaurants
