Opportunity Description

What You Will Do


  • carry out the guided tours, oversee mailbox and answer inquiries for guided tours, administrating and managing all incoming requests (mail/telephone)

  • collaboration in the development of the materials and speeches for the guided tours, acquiring knowledge and history related to the stock market and its surroundings (Stock Exchange Palace)

  • support the event managers in all aspects of event management (planning, preparing, execution, event material, invitation and registration management, etc.)

  • provide ad hoc support to the events team in their daily work

  • on-Site support at events

  • studies in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, Bussines Administration or Event Organization

  • ability to work in a dynamic and global environment with excellent organizational and communication skills

  • strong organizational skills and personal flexibility
