    • 工作職責

    - 於櫃位提供接待及查詢服務

    - 為高端客戶提供優質服務，維持專業形象

    - 處理簡單客訴、跟進客戶需求

    - 協助日常營運、簡單文書及系統輸入

    - 需要時主動向客戶介紹產品／設施 / 服務

    職位要求

    - 1 年前線客戶服務／接待經驗

    - 中學畢業生

    - 具良好溝通技巧，有耐性及服務態度良好

    - 歡迎轉型至國際大型公司平台之候選人

    待遇: 

    - 月薪：HK$14,500 - 16,000 起（視乎經驗）+ 表現佣金

    - 13 個月薪金

    - 醫療福利

    - 每月休息 8 天

    - 10am - 7pm
