Gypsum Carpenter/Furniture Carpenter

Responsibilities

Precisely cut and shape gypsum boards to construct and install interior walls, ceilings, and decorative elements according to blueprints.
Expertly assemble and install custom furniture pieces, cabinetry, and shelving, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
Apply various finishing techniques, including sanding, filling, and priming to prepare surfaces for painting or other treatments.
Skillfully operate hand and power tools such as saws, routers, drills, and sanders, maintaining them in good working order.

Qualifications

Possession of a vocational certificate or diploma in Carpentry or a related trade.
Minimum of 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in gypsum or furniture carpentry.
Expertise in operating a wide range of carpentry power tools and hand tools.
