Habilitation Specialist 1

Duties Description Function as a program clinician in the development, implementation, and monitoring of all aspects of Staff Action Plans and services. Job duties will include, but not be limited to: the direct provision of Day Habilitation services, oversight of direct care staff in the delivery of services, and ensuring correct implementation and oversight of all billing requirements and other associated documentation. Clinical input, documentation, and attendance at Life Plan meetings is a requirement of this position. The position will require flexibility with beginning and end times, depending on the habilitation services and support needs. The selected candidate must have the ability to drive from one location to another and have the ability to transport people in multiple sized vehicles. The person will be assigned to the Geneva Day Services site
