Haemoglobinopathy Care Liaison Nurse (Home Visits)

Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a dynamic liaison nurse to join their Haemoglobinopathy team. This role involves facilitating the transition of patients between paediatric services and home care, providing holistic support in both hospital and community settings.

The ideal candidate will have experience with haemoglobinopathy conditions, excellent communication skills, and be competent in clinical procedures like venepuncture. A full UK driving licence is required.
