Haemoglobinopathy Liaison Nurse: Community-Hospital Link

Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 nurse to join the Haemoglobinopathy team. This exciting role integrates community and hospital services for Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia. The successful candidate will provide essential support to patients, ensuring high-quality care and facilitating transitions between paediatric and adult services.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills, experience in haemoglobinopathy, and be competent in venepuncture and cannulation. A full UK driving licence is required due to home visits. The role offers a competitive salary of £39,959 - £48,117 per annum.
