HAIR SALON MANAGER

Responsible for formulating the daily business hours, service procedures, and standard operating procedures of the salon, ensuring efficient operation of all processes.

Maintain the overall environmental hygiene of the store, supervise the disinfection and hygiene of hairdressing tools, and ensure that the salon meets health and safety standards.

Optimize the front‑desk appointment system, reasonably allocate the schedules of hairdressers, and increase customer occupancy and turnover rates.

Maintain the relationship with VIP customers, handle customer complaints and disputes, and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.

Plan in‑store promotional activities, or conduct online promotion and brand publicity in combination with social media and local life platforms.
