Hair Stylist Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair consultation and recommend suitable hairstyles, hair color, and treatment solutions.
- Perform haircutting, hair coloring, highlights, balayage, perming, Japanese hair straightening, acid straightening, and hair treatment services.
- Analyze hair and scalp conditions and recommend appropriate hair care solutions.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and professional standards.
- Minimum 5 years of professional hairstyling experience.
- Strong technical skills in haircutting, coloring, perming, and chemical services.
- Experience in Japanese hair straightening, acid straightening, grey blending, or airtouch balayage is preferred.
