Opportunity Description
The Halo Analyst / Platform Champion is a strategic enablement role responsible for championing, evolving, and maximising the value of Halo PSA across the organisation. The role leads the Halo roadmap and drives automation and AI adoption while working closely with external Halo specialists and internal virtual teams. Although external partners provide technical delivery support, this role retains accountability for direction, prioritisation, and value realisation from the Halo platform, with a strong focus on efficiency and scalability. Requirements Halo Platform Champion: Act as the internal champion for Halo PSA, ensuring it supports service and operational objectives. Roadmap Leadership (with External Support): Define and prioritise the Halo roadmap, working with external partners to deliver new features and enhancements.
