Opportunity Description
The Team Coordinator collaborates directly with department supervisors and managers to produce defect free
products that satisfy company quality standards and customer requirements. This position works as the HLA in
the department providing knowledge and skills to associates.
What you’ll do:
+ Create and manage updates concerning clear, concise, and accurate work instructions.
+ Effectively schedule and prioritize daily work that aligns with customer delivery plan.
+ Attend daily morning scheduling meeting and New Product Initiate meetings.
+ Establish area daily goals and work with team members to achieve those goals
+ Update Excel-based schedules/productivity/quality charts in a timely fashion
+ Effectively train, coach, mentor, and motivate associates to create a positive team working environment
+ Maintain a clean and highly organized area
