Located in the heart of the East Village, our intimate counter-only spot is designed for an immersive dining experience, serving fresh-to-order handrolls featuring crispy nori, warm seasoned rice, and premium seafood prepared directly in front of you. Inspired by the fast-paced, high-quality, and casual dining scene of NYC, our mission is to provide an interactive, expertly paced meal.
We are seeking Handroll Chefs for our new restaurant. Prior handroll/Japanese cuisine experience is welcome but not required. We will train any candidate eager to learn! Team members in this position will work an average of 30 - 35 hours/week. Open availability is required.
