Hands-On Aparthotel & Property Operations Manager Marbella / Estepon - (Málaga)

We are seeking a hands‑on Aparthotel & Property Operations Manager for a small premium aparthotel operation located in the Marbella / Estepona area. The role requires on‑site presence and a proactive, commercially driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily aparthotel operations, with a focus on guest communication, check‑ins/check‑outs and issue resolution.
• Improve occupancy and booking performance through Airbnb, direct/local opportunities and pricing actions.
• Maintain Cloudbeds / PMS information, reservations, payments, availability and guest details.
• Coordinate front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and local service providers.
• Monitor service standards, SOPs, checklists and property readiness.
• Follow up on maintenance, compare vendor options and control operational costs.
• Support light coordination of a small portfolio of long‑term rental apartments and commercial properties.
