Dreges Hotell is looking for a practical, positive and hands-on Head Chef to take responsibility for the kitchen at our local hotel in Stranda.
We are a down-to-earth hotel with 62 rooms, restaurant, lobby bar, two meeting rooms and swimming pool, located in the heart of Fjord Norway. The hotel is an important local meeting place and welcomes a mix of groups, à la carte guests, business travelers, workers and locals throughout the year.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for all food served at the hotel. This includes breakfast, group menus, à la carte, meetings, events and daily hotel service.
