Contribute to Quercus IT as a Hands-On Intermediate Infrastructure Engineer based in Edmonton, where you'll tackle real client infrastructure challenges. This role promises direct engagement with technology.
In this full-time role, you will support both day-to-day service delivery and various technology environments. Applicants should possess at least four years of IT support experience and demonstrate strong technical knowledge. Bring your ability to resolve escalations and provide exceptional client communication while working within established processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain IT infrastructure components
• Resolve complex issues across client hardware and systems
• Manage Tier 2 escalations from client service requests
• Communicate effectively with clients across all levels
• Document all technical work clearly and accurately
Requirements:
• Graduate from a post-secondary IT program
