Hands-on Marketing / Product Manager

The Position

We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing / Product Manager to support the development and execution of commercial growth strategies and product‑related initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience (ideally in dental or medical), who’s ready to take ownership of key projects, work cross‑functionally, and grow into a leadership role over time.

The role is Swiss-based but requires frequent collaboration with our US-based team and customer base, including travel, as well as the opportunity to relocate to the US in 1–2 years. You’ll work closely with our Chief Customer Success Officer and U.S.-based team to drive marketing, sales and customer success.

This is not a senior or executive‑level role —we’re looking for someone who’s eager to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and make an impact.
