Hands-On Site Manager - Refurb (12m Contract, Southampton)

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a Site Manager for a 12-month contract to oversee a refurbishment project in Waterlooville, starting on 6th July 2026. Candidates must have previous experience with a main contractor and a solid work history as a site manager.

Essential qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid Certification. A hands-on approach and local residency in Southampton are necessary for this role.
