Handyman

Job Summary

The Handyman is responsible for the day‑to‑day maintenance and operation of the mall’s building systems and M&E services to ensure smooth, safe and efficient operations. The role includes attending to faults, supporting tenant needs, and ensuring all systems are functioning with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection & Preventive Maintenance
• Conduct daily routine inspections of building systems and M&E services, including electrical, lighting, air‑conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV), chiller systems, pumps, fire protection systems, BMS, and plumbing/sanitary systems.
• Identify and report any faults, irregularities or potential issues for rectification.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting
• Perform troubleshooting and attend to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner.
