Handyman

We are a Commercial Residential Property Management Firm in MD and DC and we are looking for a full time handyman for property maintanence contract.

Need to own car, or preferably truck

Need to have general knowledge with:

HVAC diagnosis

General maintenance

Electrical diagnosis

Fixing plumbing leaks

Drywall patching

Troubleshooting

Position is a 1099 contractractor and we pay $25-$35 per hour based on experience and effectivness with room to grow into a leadership position if you are a good fit.

We are growing as a company and are looking for long term team players who align with our long term vision.

Need to be willing to work alone, self starter, and complete tickets in a proficient manner at a quick pace while working around resident schedules. Customer service is a top priority.
