- 1 to 2 years previous handyman or maintenance experience
- Fabrication qualification
- Basic electrical Knowledge and experience
- Able to use power tool and basic maintenace equipment
- Clear criminal record and traceable references
Duties and Responsibilities
- General buliding and property maintenmance
- Replacing electrical appliances
- Routine inspections, troubleshoot malfunctions and handle repairs
- Service and lubricate machinery, replace fillters ans essembe or dissemble equipment
- Record keeping, safety checks and reports
