Hardware Engineer

We are looking for Hardware Engineer with 5+ years of experience.

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Fixed Access Product Hardware Design, with proven end-to-end delivery in time-to-market environments. Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle and hardware development processes is essential.
• Familiarity with GPON/EPON technologies and hands‑on experience with Digital Circuit systems design with better OLT background.
• Experience in cost‑optimized hardware design and component selection, with the ability to leverage local low‑cost ecosystems.
• Good understanding for system thermal design and improvement.
• Direct involvement in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for both manufacturing and field-level product issues.
