Job Summary The Hardware Specialist Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Facilities Director with coordinating work assignments, coaching and training of team members on work duties and departmental policies and procedures. The Hardware Specialist Supervisor will perform skilled journey level work of the locksmith trade in connection with the maintenance and repair of the facilities' doors, door hardware, restroom, and standard building hardware. Inspects buildings, facilities and equipment and recommends repairs. The Hardware Specialist Supervisor will also oversee operation of the cabinet shop. Job Description Develops, maintains and coordinates the work schedule for the Hardware and Cabinet Shop team.
