Haulage Controller | Immediate hiring

The Controller (Container Haulage) is to lead the day-to-day execution of container haulage operations. This role is responsible for the efficient deployment of the fleet, managing driver performance, and ensuring seamless container movement between port terminal, warehouses and customer sites.

• Operational Leadership & Fleet Dispatch
  • Directly oversee the daily planning and dispatching of container truck drivers to ensure maximum fleet productivity.
  • Manage all haulage operations, including the coordination of container pick-up and delivery from port terminals (PSA/Jurong port), warehouses and customer sites.
  • Act as the central controller to resolve operational bottlenecks, traffic delays, or port congestion proactively.
  • Optimize fleet utilization and route planning to improve vehicle turnaround time and reduce empty miles.
