HCM BI Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled candidate HCM BI Analyst to support and enhance our global HR analytics capabilities. This role will bridge the gap between HR business stakeholders and the BI/data engineering teams by delivering scalable, high-quality analytics solutions based on Oracle HCM Cloud data.

The ideal candidate combines strong HR domain knowledge with hands‑on BI and data modeling expertise , enabling data-driven decision‑making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical components within Oracle HCM Fusion (including Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, VBCS, …)
• Customize workflows and approval processes using BPM.
• Configure and enhance integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP web services, and other middleware tools.
• Build, enhance, and troubleshoot inbound/outbound integrations between Oracle HCM and third‑party applications (payroll systems).
