HCVP Inspections Supervisor (Facility Lead) - Non-Merit

Definition of Responsibility Under general supervision, plans, coordinates, and supervises the enforcement of HUD's Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and/or National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE), for families participating in Baltimore County's Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. Inspects the construction, repair, and alteration of buildings and structures and inspects buildings, structures, and grounds to ensure compliance with building, electrical, plumbing, and livability codes, zoning laws, and other applicable regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and appearance of the community.
