HDB Project Manager: MSCP/HIP Upgrades & Site Lead

Role Overview

Our client is a BCA-registered General Builder with a consistent pipeline of HDB upgrading and improvement projects .
They are looking for a Project Manager to take full site and commercial ownership of HDB projects, particularly MSCP Improvement Works, HIP and ELUP .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of HDB projects from planning to handover.

• Lead site teams and subcontractors , ensuring productivity, safety, and quality.

• Control budget, progress claims, variations, and cost exposure .

• Resolve technical, construction, and coordination issues on active sites.

• Ensure compliance with HDB / BCA requirements, inspections, and documentation .
