Head Accountant

RFT Gulf is seeking an experienced and leadership-driven Head Accountant based in Umm Al Quwain (UAQ). In this role you will oversee our financial operations and manage a dedicated 4-person finance team ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic cost management to support the company's growth.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, manage and review the daily work of the AR, AP, and Cost Logistics officers.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the closing of monthly annual books and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Cost Logistics Control: Collaborate with the Cost Accountant to optimize logistics expenses and inventory valuation.
• Compliance & Cash Flow: Manage tax submissions, VAT audit preparations, and monitor company cash flow and bank reconciliations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (CPA/ACCA is a plus).
