Purpose of the Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Baker to lead and develop a premium bakery program within a luxury private estate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing exceptional artisan breads, viennoiserie, luxury bakery products, and bespoke bakery creations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, presentation, and discretion. This position requires strong leadership, creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to cater to the unique preferences and dietary requirements of the Principal, family members, and guests.
