As Head Barman; you will take full ownership of bar performance, guest experience, beverage quality, and team leadership. You will work closely with the Group Beverage Manager and Restaurant Managers to maintain exceptional standards while driving innovation and consistency across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Bar leadership – Oversee day‑to‑day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and premium guest experience.
• Cocktail development – Create, refine, and maintain a modern, high‑quality cocktail menu aligned with the group’s brand.
• Stock control – Manage ordering, stock rotation, GP targets, and supplier relationships.
• Team training – Train, mentor, and motivate bartenders to deliver consistent excellence.
