We are looking for a Head Bartender to take the reins, execute it with consistency, lead the bar team, and bring your own creative ideas.
The Head Bartender is the leader of Genghis Cohen's bar program and serves as an active presence behind the bar. The Head Bartender is expected to be present during service, leading by example while maintaining exceptional hospitality, beverage quality, organization, cleanliness, and team development. This role partners closely with Call Mom leadership and Genghis Cohen management to execute and evolve the beverage program.
