Responsible for supporting and safeguarding the mental health, emotional wellbeing and psychological resilience of SBST Bus Business workforce. The incumbent will contribute by implementing preventive wellbeing programmes, providing early intervention support and coordinate appropriate referrals

Major Responsibilities

Mental Health Support & Early Intervention

Provide early identification, assessment of mental wellbeing support to employees experiencing stress, fatigue, emotional distress or work-related challenges.

Support employees who require assistance to continue performing their duties safely and productively.

Monitoring progress and recommending appropriate support measures for each case management.

Offer individual or group-based support sessions on coping strategies, stress management and emotional guideline within organization and non-clinical restrictions.
