The venue, we are hiring for, is a multi-level Asian BBQ and grill restaurant, cocktail bar, and live music venue located in the centre of Bowness-on-Windermere. They are proud to be a finalist in the 2026 Cumbria Tourism Awards for Casual Dining and maintain a 5-star food hygiene rating, which reflects the high standards they uphold in their kitchen. As Head Chef, the successful candidate will lead the overall running of the kitchen, lead the team during service, and confidently take control of shifts when required.
