Job Description:

• Prepare daily range of salads, breakfasts, proteins, sandwiches, and wraps


• Manage production to minimize waste


• Maintain food freshness in the fridge


• Learn and manage new recipes


• Handle ordering and stock management


• Supervise junior chefs


• Ensure shelves are stocked and displays look great
