Head Chef - Culver Haven Inn

We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our small family run pub kitchen.

Duties include excellent culinary skills, adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with EHO specifications. Managing inventories and order stock as needed. Overseeing the maintenance of all kitchen equipment and informing management of any repairs needed. Working as apart of a small team with excellent communication skills. Developing new dishes whilst maintaining our popular signature meals such as our range of homemade pies.

Due to our location own transport essential.
