Position
Head Chef – 5 days out of 7, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (40 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, manage and develop the kitchen team.
- Ensure kitchen standards are met or exceeded.
- Work with site teams to keep food innovation on the agenda and achieve excellent GP.
- Coordinate with General Managers to align the company’s Foodie cultures with client goals.
- Attend company forums and lead craft workshops to stay updated with food innovation and trends.
