In this role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Japanese cuisine for our exclusive airline catering service. You will lead the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring that every meal meets our standards.

• Prepare and cook authentic Japanese cuisine to the highest standard
• Lead the kitchen team in the preparation of the dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
