Four-Star Boutique Hotel looking for a HEAD CHEF
We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate with relevant culinary qualifications and proven experience in a Head Chef or senior culinary leadership role. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional food quality and guest experiences, managing kitchen staff, controlling food costs and inventory, developing menus, maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring the efficient operation of all food service areas.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior kitchen leadership role.
- Previous experience in hospitality, lodge, hotel, restaurant or event catering environments.
- Proven experience in menu development and stock control.
- Professional Chef Qualification or Culinary Diploma.
- Experience developing kitchen budgets and managing food cost percentages within approved targets.
