Boutique lodge with 15 en-suite rooms (up to 34 guests)
Service Requirements
- Previous experience as a lodge, guesthouse, hotel, restaurant, or catering chef
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Experience with buffet service for groups of 20–40 guests
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Reliable, professional, and guest‑focused
