Busy bar and gastro pub restaurant.
Established and well reviewed.
Must have at least 5 years chef work experience for this position.
And experience in professional cookery, kitchen supervision and kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Menu writing, cooking food to order, supervising kitchen service, helping with staff training, ordering, and maintaining kitchen health and hygiene standards.
Job located at The Derg Inn, Main Street, Carrownaglogh, Terryglass, Nenagh Co. Tipperary.
