Responsibilities
As a Head Chef, you’ll motivate, inspire, and bring out the best in every chef, be confident with stock, costs, labour, audits, safety, and performance management and be calm under pressure in a high volume environment, be clear in communication, and able to support people with both warmth and honesty.
