The Special Investigating Unit (SIU), a Schedule 3 A entity in terms of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), is an independent statutory body that was established in terms of the Special Investigating Units and Special Tribunals Act No. 74 of 1996. The primary mandate of the SIU is to investigate allegations of corruption, malpractice and maladministration in government departments, municipalities and State-Owned Entities, and to recover financial losses suffered by State institutions.

The SIU has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Talent to join our dynamic team, which is passionate about the fight against corruption and recovering financial losses suffered by the State.
