Job Description
1. Industrial & Employee Relations Leadership
Own end-to-end ER strategy for the entire site (7-8 plants, thousands of employees). Establish a stable, long-term industrial relations framework aligned to business growth. Lead union engagement, negotiations, and settlements (wage agreements, charters, productivity deals). Proactively manage employee sentiment, grievances, and dispute resolution.
2. Union & Workforce Management
