Head Enterprise Risk

Overview

Head of Enterprise Risk will develop and implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework to establish an effective risk-based system to identify, measure, monitor and control enterprise-wide risks. The role will support the CRO in embedding and enhancing the enterprise risk management framework across the bank to ensure the risk function is not working in silo.

Core Responsibilities

• Implement enterprise risk management framework including Risk Appetite, Credit Risk, Market & Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk, Portfolio Management, Environment, Social and Governance (ESG), Basel, ICAAP and Fraud Risk.
• Ensure risk policies and risk acceptance criteria are in place.
• Implement risk appetite framework of the bank.
• Oversee effective portfolio management to augment credit decisions and monitor credit limits.
