Head, Facilities Planning and Management

The Role:
This role shall be the subject matter expertise on Facilities Planning and Management for all buildings within the 90-hecatares precinct.
Working with key stakeholders both internal and external, including Building Control Authority, Green Building Council, SportsSG, contracted facilities management consultants and vendors, this role will be eminent for upholding of company's policy position together with SportsSG.
Responsibilities: Lead and drive all aspects of facilities planning and management to ensure on-time and on-budget completion. Leadership in relationship and people management of facility management and service contractors. All M&E plants and building systems operate with no disruption to operations.
