Responsibilities Drive and maximize the development of market opportunities to achieve targets and maximize financial efficiency through proactive management of all lines within the Group Personal Insurance, Warranty and Service Programs segment. Drive underwriting quality, including adherence to authorities, guidelines and procedures. Lead a team of underwriters and drive people‑plan initiatives. Be responsible for the Group A&H, Warranty and Services Programs financial performance. Develop and execute cluster and country growth strategy for all A&H and Warranty products, aligning local and regional initiatives. Accountable for the financial performance of A&H and Warranty business within the cluster. Integrate key regional initiatives at cluster and country level and ensure effective execution across the business.
