We are looking for an experienced Head Homekeeper to lead and manage the housekeeping operations at a luxury 5-star lodge in the Kruger National Park.

Key responsibilities include:

-Maintaining exceptional homekeeping standards and guest suite readiness

-Leading, training, and motivating the homekeeping team

-Managing laundry operations, stock control, and departmental budgets

-Conducting quality checks and overseeing maintenance reporting

-Ensuring efficient procurement and inventory management

-Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance management

Requirements:

-Previous supervisory or management experience in a luxury hospitality environment

-Strong administration, stock control, and financial management skills
