Head, Legal, Regulatory & Corporate Affairs

JOB PURPOSE:

• Lead the Legal, Regulatory & Corporate Affairs function of EDOTCO Towers, Inc. and serve as the principal advisor to Management on legal, regulatory, governance and stakeholder matters.
• Provide commercially sound, risk-based and practical legal counsel to support business objectives, safeguard the company's interests and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, licences, permits and governance requirements.
• Drive regulatory strategy, government relations, industry engagement and corporate positioning to support business continuity, market access, infrastructure deployment, sustainable growth and EDOTCO's reputation as a responsible telecommunications infrastructure provider in the Philippines.
