Roles and Responsibilities

About the role:

As the Marketing Head you will have the opportunity to shape the lending business in the market. You will be responsible for driving marketing strategy across all channels including but not limited to offline and online mediums.

You need to be frugal, entrepreneurial, and analytical with strong interpersonal skills to excel in this role. You should be willing to roll up your sleeves and about our consumers deeply as you define our marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities:

Developing the marketing strategy and budgets in line with the business goals

executing marketing and growth strategy across PAN India

Managing marketing initiatives across all lead generation channels - digital marketing, referrals, SEO, BTL, radio, print media, OOH etc.

Working with influencers to establish our digital presence on YouTube
