Pay Range: ₱45,000.00 - ₱65,000.00 per month

POSITION GOALS
Providing professional and continuous nursing care with the following goals:
Promotes and restores the resident’s health by completing the nursing process.
Respecting the self-care abilities, self-determination, desires, and habits of the residents, with appreciation and consideration of the abilities and wishes of relatives regarding the care.
As part of their job, the Head Nurse observes the requirements, statements, and contents laid down in the quality management requirements of the company Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
Provides physical and psychological support to residents and families.
Supervising assigned Caregivers and Nurses.
Ensures the provision of complete and accurate medical treatment.
