Head of Accounts and Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Accounts & Finance Department.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed asset accounting functions.
• Monitor and manage airline operating costs including fuel, airport charges, navigation fees, ground handling, maintenance, and aircraft lease payments.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Conduct budget variance analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Manage treasury functions, banking relationships, and cash flow requirements.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
• Supervise revenue accounting, ticket sales reconciliation, BSP settlements, and aviation‑related financial transactions.
