Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Accounts & Finance Department.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed asset accounting functions.
- Monitor and manage airline operating costs including fuel, airport charges, navigation fees, ground handling, maintenance, and aircraft lease payments.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct budget variance analysis and provide recommendations to management.
- Manage treasury functions, banking relationships, and cash flow requirements.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
